If it follows the path of the 3k,SAVs will be on it,probably a few less than T2.Usually Yamaha Canada does a dealer product launch near the end of June. Again,if it follows the 3k's lead,it will have features not on Tyros II,including newer styles and maybe even hardware(like the USB on the 3k). Ian

I couldn't help chuckling after re-reading this ENITRE thread, to find it containing (including my own reply) nothing but speculation, wishful thinking, and mere prediction, not fact. Words/phrases include: if; probably; will be more excitement than Tyros2; when it comes out it will be awesome; Yamaha could decide to just jump to a PSR4000 if/when they decide to finally add a better more responsive key action/build; very likely they will use the keyboard action from Tyros1; Many more would be would be interested in Super Articulation on the next model; I would assume the cost of the new PSR3k model with a less featured Tyros2 inside would be a bit higher; if it follows the path of the 3K, SAV's will be on it; if it follows the 3k's lead,it will have features not on Tyros II,including newer styles and maybe even hardware; I would imagine that the disadvantage of the 3100 / 4000, will be a lack of sampling, and audio recording Scott
