What is the date of this update? Is it the same as the 1st 1.06 version?

Yes, its the same update but it also have new factory styles included, but it seems that twice don't want to share it with us.

I had only one file of first update: G70_Ver_01_06.sys 5241148bytes modified 17.01.2005 10:44.

Where was you get new style files? What you mean when you tell "delete and istall style"? Install from original factory CD? One style or all styles?

That was not a nice coment Nielss, I have try all night to send the file to you, and I've think I just figured out how to zip the whole file and send it.
Yes you have to delete all the style in the G70 and then copy the style in the update over to the G70. But today I went to another music store and the salesman there say there was not the big drifferens betwen the old style and the new one, but I think that mine G70 sound better. But maybe I'm wrong

Is there any information from where we can get the latest styles which supplement the 1.06 upgrade???

according to a friend of mine who owns the G70 and is an avid member of the Roland User club this whole story about another 1.06 update is UTTER AND COMPLETE NONSENSE.

What I think is that the version is the same as he have downloaded (that is why it is still 1.06) but something has been done to the original styles. So, the difference is only in the styles. In fact I have found 2 styles on the G70 which are exactly the same but with different names. So, probbaly these "new" styles solves this particular problem any others such as incorrect volume levels for different styles.
