Hi,
I was wondering if there is a setting that most of you use for ASIO4All. I may not actually have mine running at it's optimum.
I've noticed on my new Dell, I get the occasional light crackle when I'm using my soundfonts.
Could I have set something incorrectly. At the moment I've just got it set up to default.

Rikki, usually when you get pops and crackles increasing the buffer size will help alleviate the problem. If your latency is between 3 to 10ms (buffer size 128 to 441 samples per channel) you should be in good shape.

If it is not the buffer size then a look at whether you are overdriving the soundcards audio (lower the volume) may solve the problem.
