Trying to find 2 256Mb memory cards for ty2?

Decided to get a couple of cards for my ty2, probably will never use more than two 256MB's Been all over the webb trying to find one of the three listed by yamaha, no one seems to have those numbers, found many very reasonably priced on Ebay and some going thru Google but not the same brands and/or numbers. (Suggestions)? Any other ones compatable?
