I have now a Logitech Z2300.
I would like to know how do you set the ration between bass and high.
For me, the button is set under the middle, +/- 9.30 to 10.00 o'clock.
What is yours?

Hi Stam,

I have my Bass turned completely OFF!!! It's just too much bass in my studio. I don't use them playing out live so I can't help you there, but that subwoofer throws out a tremendous amount of bass. Too much in my opinion.

Stam,

My Logitech pumps out a lot of bass. I usually have it set toward the minimum side. I believe it is around 9 o'clock. Even then I EQ the bass from the keyboard down a little.

Much of this will depend on the size and makeup of the venue, but a general rule of thumb is 30 percent is about as high as you want to go when performing most styles of music. Some of the dance styles performed for young audiences may want to crank up the bass to 40 percent or more, but that's not my cup of tea.

Good Luck,

Gary

Using Gary's EQ recomendations for the 3K, I run the Z-2300 bass pot at 9 O'clock. That works well for music and voice.
