Tony,
The one thing I forgot about when I just talked with you on the phone is if the T2 has a hard drive installed, it may be the culprit. Remove the hard drive and try booting up the keyboard again after it has been removed. If the hard drive has a problem and the keyboard is searching for the drive but cannot find it, the same probolem will occur.
