I sent my harddisk sx3 (from my technics kn 6500) to keysoftservice.
I wanted to buy a hd sx6 and they told me (mr. Roland Smid) that when I sent my hdsx3 they would transfer all the data that's on the hdsx3 to the hdsx6. (I think approximatly 100 disks)
This was a kind off upgrade service.
I sent the harddisk two weeks ago to keysoftservice and I didn't here anything about it.
So I called the person to whom I sented the disk.
Then he told me it was impossible to transfer data from the hdsx3 to the hdsx6 and he told me he would sent me a hdsx6 because I already payed.
What a service....

Alain,

What a bad luck for you! I don't have anything to do with Keysoft but I think I will keep it that way. Personally I would be very angry if all the data is lost and that it is not my fault. I also always pay a servicething afterwards, in case if something goes wrong that they just won't get their money and that works great here.

That's why I quit using Technics keyboards--because you have to buy a dedicated, overpriced hard drive.
Too bad because they have many good features.
