I just wanted to see if I understood the Genesys OS system.
Do the numbers after the decimal point indicate how many versions to the OS there are?

For example, the Genesys xp has OS 1.03 date 16 June 2005 as the current OS and 1.02 dates 09 November 2004 I am assuming is an earlier OS.

So does that mean that there are three OS for the xp 1. the original one 2. 1.02 and 3. 1.03?

Now with my Genesys pro, I started off with 1.02 and then I got an upgrade to 1.05. Am I missing something?

Hi TTG,

There have been interim O/S changes other than the ones you've mentioned. But the important thing is that your instruments have the most currnet O/S, which they do.

Best Regards,

Dave
