For the oriental keyboard player how would you compare PSR 9000 to Solton X1 and WK8 with regard to oriental sounds, oriental styles and the ease of changing the tone of any note momentarily while playing? I read that PSSR 9000 has memory for 4 different scale-tuning settings. I wouldn’t have thought that it is practical to recall any of these stored memories just to occasionally change the tone of a note while playing. I think the GEM oriental scale converter is a better design to achieve this, but the question is it compatible with PSR 9000 and the X1?
Incidentally, does X! have a floppy disc drive as well as a slot for flash ram cards?
Mr George Kaye may like to tackle this query.

In regard to your last question, the X1 does have a floppy disc drive as well as a slot for flash cards.
