Hi everyone,

I own a SD 1 for a couple of month and I had to send it for repair the second time. The problem is that I just get a blank screen if I turn the KB on. After it was fixed it worked for two hours - and the problem was there again.

However, I really like this keyboard and I don't think that I would prefer to own another one. BUT I heard that a lot of ppl have problems with the SD 1 and a friend of mine recommend me to sell it because I would never get rid of this trouble.
Actually I'm looking forward to get OS 4. My question is how many of you had these problems and how long did it take to get these fixed? Or should I really think about selling (once it is fixed) and switch to another one?

I own my SD1 since June 2001, play every day and have no problem !!

I have sold many SD1's as a retailer (including yours) . Only a couple of Sd1's had a problem with the screen .


No problems since . Have them fix it again under the condition that the keyboard be replaced if screen goes bad again .
