Prez: Uncle Dave's obviously the reining king with over 2,420 posts to his credit. VP: If not performing (on his KB), Don Mason's got to be out whacking balls on the green, or on the lake fishin', so this position suits him perfectly. Treasurer: Me of course ! You think I'd trust anybody else here to keep track of the tip jar?! Referee/Bouncer: Nigel's been terrific so far, so why switch? Afterall. as Synthzone Administrator, he holds ALL the cards. Most Likely to Succeed: As the King of the NJ dance club scene, it appears that Donny Pesce's next logical step would be Vegas, right? Most atheletic (impressive keyboard chops) - I think Notlos (Dirk Baert) deserves this honor for his terrific rendition of Tico Tico. Most intelligent brains: Roel DeJonge & Alec Pagida - Their detailed oriented knowledge re computers & the technical aspects of recording/music never ceases to amaze me. Class Clown: I don't know about being a clown, but Grandpa Doug's wit and commetary are always fun to read. Best All Around: I nominate EVERYbody here. You guys have been a CLOSE extended family to me (for over 2-1/2 years). Hey some marriages don't even come close to this long. I want to thank everyone for your friendship as well as welcome our newest members (like Robby) to this special fourm of worldwide arranger keyboard enthusiasts. It's also nice to see such a broad (17 - 80+) age group here as well. BTW: This thread was intended for entertainment purposes only and not meant to exclude or offend ANYONE ! OK, any other nominations?

This is a creative idea Scott! By the way, cool smilies...(I know where you got the smilies from, since Eric finally let the secret out in his last post! LOL! ) But of course, I would have to nominate ComposerRyan (wonder why...?) for positions 6 and 10 Thanks Robby, you're such a loyal twin! If I could, I would nominate you as the "BEST TWIN IN THE WORLD!" Prez: Uncle Dave's obviously the reining king with over 2,420 posts to his credit. Wow! Over 2,000 posts? That's awesome! Uncle Dave is out here A LOT on the SynthZone (obviously!) Phewww....how do you do it UD? I mean, how do you even find the time? 2,000 posts...that is a lot of text to type! Hmmmmm....I not sure who I would nominate for those positions. Anybody else have any ideas? Many of you would fit those positions...looks like some people are going to have to share! Well, see you around everybody and let the nominations begin! When I get in from work, it's usually in the 1 or 2 AM area. I log on to clear my head, and see what's going on in the rest of the world. At this time of night - my house is silent, all my girls are asleep, and the peace & quiet is a welcome friend. I'm not a good typist, and I make a ton of mistakes, so I hope you all appreciate the sacrifices I go through just to be a part of this special gang! I'll be hitting my 2500th post soon .... boy, am I a motor mouth, or what? ( Don't answer that, Scott ) My day is filled with kids activites, household stuff and endless phone calls and email requests about different jobs. Sometimes, when it's a little less busy - Donny, Fran & I will hit the lunch spots and shoot the breeze, but mostly .... I have very little time to just sit and type. I steal an hour or two each day, but it's most often when no one is home. Like now, for instance. I took all three girls somewhere different this morning (all at 9am)and I have an open window for "me" till noon, when Allison(9) gets picked up from Vacation Bible School. at 2, I get Katie(14) from her "Candy-striper" duties at the hospital, and Kelly(16) gets picked up from work at 4. I'll make dinner for everyone, jump in the shower and head off to my Thursday night spot for a 7:30 downbeat, where I'll hang until midnight or so .... then back here by 1AM to see what I missed ! Whew .... I need a nap. zzzzzzzz.........
