General Vibe. Vector Sector.

Well, it's the best software emulation of my favorite vector synth Prophet VS.
But as good as it might be their service sucks ass to say the least.
I purchased Vector Sector Mac. They screwd up and sent me the link for a PC download. Can't use it. May be on my little laptop but that's not what I bought it four obviously.

I've notified them about their mistake by sending several e-mails to support@generalvibe.com. Basically saying that they have to send me the right version of the software.

Well, it's been a few days and I haven't got any reply what so ever. I'm starting to wonder if it's that special time to notify PayPal and Visa and pretty much ask for my money back

Anyhow, just complaining, warning and posting my thoughts.

Hate to be a forum complainer but I have to at least put the buggers down for giving me such a hard time with their service.

Thanks for the warning. No need to feel apologetic about it. Your doing your fellow musicians a favor by warning us. That's one of the reasons we're here.

I could lift the warning for now since I just talked to a few Vector Sector owners at K-v-R and looks it the guy who makes and sells that cool little plug-in is pretty slow with replies.

Although. I'm glad I've posted this. Now others will know too and not panic like I did.
