terry,

Growing up, Santana's sound with his great Hammond KB player inspired me Mucho!!
After listening to it so many times...
I could still play the lead KB solo on
"Evil Ways" !! :>)

groove on!!

Hi guys,

Thanks for the comments. All of "Tribute" was done on the PA80 when I first got it. ( yes the guitar solo too ). The oldest is "My Bluez", which was done several years ago when I first got my PSR530. ( BTW I told Terry I can't stand that song but it was the wife's favorite so grudgingly I put it on the site..lol ) After the Storm and "Walking" are all PA80 too. "Stormchaser" was born on the MZ2000, and finished on the PA80. Same with "River crying". "City Lights" , "Yesterdays", and "Oblivion" are all live play a track at a time ( no arrangers ), from the 740 and PA80 with an assist from Jammer pro software on drum parts and some midi editing in some parts as well. All were recorded via computer software ( N Track studio and Cool Edit 96 , with XG works as the midi sequencer.

There are a few snippets of me playing a real rythym guitar in a couple of songs, but most of all of it is done with keys.

AJ,
a few months ago I had already downloaded the songs on your own website and had also had a look at your pictures (where did they go, by the way?).
I love the music you are doing and like also your ability as a producer (the sound of the Hammond organ is really beautiful).
But you are such a reserved guy that I was unsure wheter to comment or not. Man, you've really chosen to leave the world out of the door!

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for the comments. As I had told Terry, some of the songs there have a lot of effort and emotion put in, while others were more a showcase to show what I can do ( and of equal importnce what can be done in general ) on todays keyboards.

My pics are still there but Linda's got tossed aside becasue we failed to update her site for whatever specified time Yahoo / geocities requires, so the search for new webspace for some of this is on. Also, effective 1-31-03, MP3.com will allow non premium ( translated "non paying") artists to display only 3 songs on there sites, so I will be getting my own domain. If I have to pay for webspace, ( which I don't mind.. it IS a business after all ) then I'm going to at least be able to setup my site as I choose, and not be restricted to MP3.com's format. I'm grateful for the free space they provide, and will just use the site to link to my own page.
