If I remember correctly the GEM WK2000 doesn't have a sequencer, and it only records user styles. Am I right on this one?

You might try posting this query on the GEM Keyboard Forum, listed just two down from this one. You will probably get some good info there. Two of the GeneralmusicUS (GEM) representatives visit that site often.

I finially found a place, but they are not as cheap as I thought. Try like 900 for the wk2000 hd. Some day

Actually the WK200HD does have a sequencer. However it is for the most part limited to recording while using styles and playing the melody. In other words it will record your real-time performance of a song while playing along with the arranger. It is an 8 track sequencer where the first 5 tracks come from the arranger and the 3 remaining tracks are for the melody parts. You can record each of the 3 "live" tracks independently.

The WK2000HD will read 16track SMF and GEM Song format. These songs as well as any recording on the instrument can be saved to the internal hard drive for later retrieval.
