Hi Sinclair,

Yes, you can. There is no limitation on how many sounds you can route to the same outputs. The E5000 treats each output pair together so you'll need to pan to the Left or to the Right if you want a sound to come out of only one output (vs. 2).

Hi Clintd,

You can try the Emu website (www.emu.com). They have a few mp3's there. Also Rob Papen (sound designer and sound programmer) has some on his website too (www.robpapen.com). The E-mu site's mp3's are not very good in sound quality. They made some of them mono and don't really show off what the sampler is truly capable of. The Rob Papen mp3's are much better quality but geared mainly towards techno sounds as it is more for promoting his techno sample CD Rom than promoting the E-mu sampler.
