I'm searching for a tool for PC, that can archive the harddisk of my KN-6000 via USB-linkcable. I heard of a program named "HD-Techmanager6000" but don't know where and how to get. If you can help me, please reply to my email or here.

I think you should try Keysoftservice: http://www.keysoftservice.ch/
I suppose you have a hd sx6 .
I have a kn6500 with a hd sx3 and the option of hd techmanager is not for the sx3.

Yeah, u r right, got the "sx6". I updated my KN6000 by installing the ew-card, so what program do u use for archiving your files on the HD?
