When wanting to create a registration (on floppy)for a song that utilizes a style residing on a floppy, where does the reg look for that style??? can i keep it on the same floppy as the reg, or must it reside in the user style area??

thanks,
Jill

Jill it will have to be stored in the user memory.

Jill,

If I recall, you can use a third-party style and the registration will find it with no problem on the floppy disk. However, the MFD cannot find third-party styles on the floppy drive--only those in the onboard user memory.

Cheers,

Gary

So as long as the 3rd party style and reg are on the same floppy I should be okay??
i'm going to give that a try tonight.
My voice/throat is on the mend, and i'm hoping to record this week!!!

thanks!
