i just heard that my partner ordered a tyros
from george today. i've got a 2100 so this should be fun. she is excited. thanks to everyone that replied to my questions. it really helped in making our purchase decision. and special thanks to george for his help.

yes, its my partner that bought it and is going to use it on stage. she is really excited about this. we decided that this would be the best way to go. if anything should happen to me , the tyros will make a great keyboard as a single for her. i'm still using the old korg i5s as the principle
style player and the psr2100 for additional
style and sound support (yep 2 keyboards on stage plus her korg ix300 and a tyros. this is starting to look like a yannie setup.

You're using the styles in the i5s instead of teh 2100 styles? Woah. That's part of the best stuff that the psr has to offer. I'm an i series fan (to a degree) but I'd rather have a Yamaha style player above all the rest.
