A great song for audience participation and my Favorite holiday song of all time is: Sleigh Ride. I make someone play horse hooves with two cocoanut halves, for the whip we use a slap-thingy, and of course the jingle bells. It's a peppy tune and it goes over big.

I love to play the Christmas Song [Chestnuts Roasting], & Rockin Around the Xmas Tree among many others. I also love to "Discoize" Xmas songs in a medley too!!

I LOVE Christmas. By the way, I still have that hilarious version of Oh Holy Night.

I too love performing the Christmas material, but have to admit that 'way before' the end of the season, I've quickly grown SICK of doing "Grandma Got Run Over a Reindeer" a hundredth time !

Don I too have that Unbelivable version of "Oh Holy Night" I cry laughing when I listen to it!!!!!!! Didn't one of the SZ members here record that classic piece?

We never could determine who did it as far as I remember. But it's priceless. If anybody wants it, email don@donmasonmusic.com and I'll send it to you. It's an MP3 though, so a fairly large file.
