I just bought two Roland KC350's to use with my PA1XPro. They sound just amazing! Very clear and loud. The bass is very tight and plenty without the KCW1 Sub. I was thinking of buying a KCW1 sub anyway. The stereo link feature on these is excellent. No need for an external mixer since they have four channels each. They also have RCA auxilary in if you need to hookup a CD player.

If you are in the market for a keyboard amp, I highly recommend checking these out.

I wanted to buy a bose pas but at less than half the price, I am a happy camper with these two amps.

Harosha,

I have two Kc500's that I've been using with my Tyros and PSR9000 for the last 5 or 6 years. They sound great but I'm getting tired of carrying them around. I'm thinking about selling. I was thinking of asking $500. plus shipping for both. Do you think that would be a reasonable price?

Ed,

You should try eBay. I think you may be able to get more than $500 for these, if the condition is good.

I used to have a KC500 about four years ago and I agree that they are really heavy. I thought about buying two KC550's but I decided to get the 350's because of the weight and I thought the sound was good enough, I can always add a sub for bottom end. The price for two 550 was also about the same as two 350 + a sub. The newer KC350 and KC550 have much better sound and features, like stereo link, sub woofer out etc ...

harosha,

The KC500's that I have, have the stereo hookup but not the separate subwoofer hookup. They have stereo XLR or 1/4" out to board which is a nice feature. I believe you could use these outs to go to subwoofer, but I'm not positive. They are in good condition, but I would be happy to get $500. I used them and have been satified with their sound, but as I said and as you know they're a bear to carry around to gigs.

Thanks for your input.

Ed

Your in Ilion ? I'm in the Southern Catskills, maybe 2 and half hrs from you. If you do want to sell those, I might be interested when I get my tax refund if they are still available then.

I was planning on checking them out anyway at a local music store with some of my gear. Hopefully I will soon..

Let me know when you are ready and if I still have them we can discuss then...at the moment I am not agressively trying to sell them. We definitely could hookup and that way there would be no shipping charges and you would be sure of what you'd be getting.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
