Hi All

I found this report on the "Theregister" website this morning and found it mildly interesting.
It's about a new music format called MS3 form a Hungarian musician which is already in use by some bands in recording.
Unfortunately it is also heavy on the MB's but maybe something for the professionals amongst us to have a look at.
It is at http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/6/32352.html

Any comments?
cheers
Eddie Johnson

I think it's only a matter of time before something like this will take over for midi. Imagine if you could use live styles/loops recorded, played through a media that sounds much like a pro mastered CD, edit tracks like midi more or less. I think (hope) ot's only a matter of time.
