Thanks for the mention Gary, not so much 10 new songs as 10 old songs. Just a collection of songs from the sixties (my favourite musical era). Glad you enjoyed them anyway!

BTW. Am still sitting here twiddling my thumbs without the 2000 at the moment, had to send it off to the Yamaha service centre here in the UK last week and am awaiting their call re the estimate for repairs. Will let you know how good or bad their service is!
I wonder if anyone else on this forum has had any problems with the 2000 requiring repairs? My problem was an electrical burning smell followed by hissing and crackling from the speakers. The display then started to flash and cut out when any of the floppy disk functions were used. Checked out the floppy drive and that seemed to be OK, so presume the fault lies in one of the circuit boards.

Hi Will. My 2000 is sitting in a corner 'till i get around to having it repaired. Went to do a four hour job a couple months back and half way through the gig, i coudn't call up my Swing patterns. also had no endings, breaks, and the fourth button ( "D" ) would not work in any style. I really had to do a lot of improvising to finish the night. Went. out and bought a Tyros. Lucky we have an authorized repairman for Yamaha here in the Baltimore Md. area. Good Luck, Bob

hi will,iv,e had my psr2000 18 months now and touchwood no problems ,though at times when reset, things weren,t the same,i had to work out what was wrong,i dread it if anything goes wrong,i bought it in uk and brought it out to spain,really concerned with the way it was handled,if i had to have it repaired ,it would have to be here,and then i weeks promise return literally turns into 3 months,i,ll keep my fingers crossed,mike

Where it the factory repair center in Baltimore? I didn't know there was one available. Fortunately, I've always been able to fix these things myself, but you never know.
