WOW! That's a nice screen shot... Man with a screen like that and knowing it will be improved over the 9000's (both pro and original), I'm sure the price tag will be sky high on this model..

....looks like they took a leaf out of Technics book!
Now if only Technics would nick a bit of Yammies savvy when it comes to adding the vocal harmoniser to the KN7000 I will be a happy man. (Well more of a boy really! )

Not quite as good as Technics, but a very
interesting "Score button". Wonder what hide
behind that one?
Anyway, it's not the screen who make it sound
even if it is quite fancy

I've seen the sceen (and of course the CVP209) today live at my dealer here in Germany.

The first impression is really good but when you start playing with the thing you will recognize slow screen changes. Besides this it looks fancy, but not 'clear'. You need more time to find the information on the screen because of all the colors and background pictures.

An improvement is really the size of the display. On my wishlist there would be a display, clear like my 9000 one and with the size of the CVP209 display. I don't need the colors.

Regards

Ulrich

Yep, it's the Yamaha CVP209. I just thought I'd show you guys what it looks like. That same website has about 20 pics of the CVP209. And, the the "Score" screen shows the sheet music score, fake book style (lead sheet). Or on the grand staff. However, another screen on the CVP209 will show lyrics with the chord symbols above them. Pretty interesting.
