You can get them here amongest other things at the new Keyfax/Yamaha backed site for arrangers.

Look under instructional media.

TYROS CD's! This looked like it could have a lot of useful information for 3000 owners as well, so I ordered it. It arrived a week ago. I expected I would have the typical training type CD-ROM that you would pop into your computer and you could learn things. Not so. These are, indeed, CDs. The have a voice speaking to you and giving you instructions. They are meant to be played from your CD player while you sit at your keyboard and follow the instructions.

This may work well, kind of like having an instructor telling you what to do. But, I did not start working immediately through the first CD. I was simply to busy to take the time to just sit down and try and follow along. I still intend to give it a go, but when? I'm still pretty busy with normal site upkeep (and just playing the PSR).

Here's a peak at the contents:
CD1 - Level Easy - Day1: Screen Basics (selecting & mixing sounds) 22 minutes; Selecting Rhythm Patterns & using controls, 13 minutes. Day 2: Understanding Auto Accompaniment, 19 minutes. Day 3: Setting Volumes, 19 minutes.

CD2 - Level Easy - Day 4: Understanding Multi Pads, 12 min; One Touch Setting, 8 minutes. Day 5: Music Finder, 26 min. Day 6: Harmony & Echo, 12 min, Drawbars, 17 min.

CD3 - Level Intermediate - Day 7: Registration Memory Part 1 (saving), 22 min. Day 8: Registration Memory Part 2 (organizing), 27 min. Day 9: Song Play, 29 min.

CD4 -Intermediate - Day 10: Song Guide, 27 min, Day 11: Microphone & Vocal Harmony, 33 min. Day 12: Quick Recording, 17 min.

CD5 - Advanced - Day 13: Multi Track Recording, 19 min. Day 14:Record Editing Part 1 (Edit a Recorded Song), 32 min. Day 15: Record Editing Part 2 (Step Time Record), 12 min; MultiPad Creator, 8 min.

CD6 - Advanced - Day 16: Sound Creator (How To Modify Sounds), 32 min. Day 17: Mixing Console, 8 min.

CD7 - (Bonus) - Advanced - Day 18: Style Creator Part 1 (Modify a preset style), 29 min; Day 19: Style Creator Part 2 (Editing & Starting From Scratch), 24 min. Day 20: Style Creator Part 3 (Assembly & Groove), 16 min.
