How exactly does one play a drum roll on a Tyros?

I've never needed this before...

If you use any drum kit on the Tyros, go down to the area on the keyboard around C1 and I think it's A1 key will play a drum-roll. I think there is a picture of a drum roll silkscreened on the case below the keys.

Hmm, you mean select an actual kit as a r1, r2 or r3?

I've only used them in styles so far...

Kinda surprised they're not available via the Multi pads...

You will find short fanfares in the multi-pads, which will give a little variety to the hoopla if you need it.
