FWIW: I owned the Roland RA-800 several years ago and personally don't recommend it because with it's boxy bulky shape & size, there's no way to position it close enough to a keyboard controller to offer easy access to the RA800's arranger buttons & functions from keyboard playing position. I soon sold the RA-800 and never regretted that decision. Unless arranger manufacterers begin to re-design their arranger modules units to more closely match the shape & design of a keyboard (longer slim) to offer more convenient button access, than I plan to stick with an 'all in one' integrated keyboard arranger unit. - Scott
