Sounds perfectly logical to me! I'm still trying to get subsidized by the feds for not playing music--kinda like gettin' paid for not growin' corn. Yep, there's just too many musicians in the world, therfore, if they pay me not to play and sing, I can become a gentleman farmer and get paid not to grow something. Yep, it all makes good sense if you're a dyed in the wool democrat.
