The PA800 has two USB 2.0 ports to which you can insert memory sticks (thumb drives) for storage. They are inexpensive and very fast. The T2 has a digital recorder that records to the hard drive in WAV format. That takes a tremendous amount of space, as you can re-record as many times as you wish.
