Sell "Moon Water" at a couple of grand a bottle? Turn it into a cesspool?

Why not first take care of earth's water before venturing out in space? Very little gets spent on conservation and fighting pollution.

I don't quite agree with any space program. If it's supposed to benefit mankind it's surely doing a very poor job.
