Read this artocle in the China Post.
A woman knew that her husband was cheating on her so she had a detective agency wiretap his phone, take photos, install cameras in this love nest, etc.
With all that evidence she was told that she can't press charges since it's illegal to wiretap and so on.
One video shows the man naked in the bathroom with his squeeze. When shown the evidence(?) he said that he didn't do anything wrong as while he was in the bathroom that woman all of a sudden rushed in as she had an upset stomach.
Photos of them naked in bed ...his excuse was that he had no idea she was even there. Photos of them kissing and doing the act...the woman must've had seduced him in his sleep. He did admit having a wet dream. Photos of them leaving together late at night...well, it's ungentlemanly to have a woman return home late at night all on her own.
These must be the lamest excuses ever. Poor wife. Upon being told that she can't pressed charges she burst into tears and said that she no longer believes in law and justice. What a slap in the face!
Yet a couple of years ago there were a couple of instances where married celebrities and married politicians were caught in the act on video tape, alas not with their spouse. It was enough ground to denounce the politicians and put an end to the career of the celebrities. Serves them right!
Then why are speed trap photos legal? Where is justice when needed?
