Hi Russ, (hope you don't mind the informality),That is one of the things I like about capitalism, if you want to get in and have a go, you can get somewhere, but sitting back and letting everyone else help you is not always very rewarding.
As Fran says,you are utilising the misfortunes of others, but that is not your fault, if you don't do it the big fellas will do it anyway.
BTW, I am interested to know how your Mexican friend is fairing with his diabetes induced problems? It is never far from my mind. I hope he is coping ok.
