My precinct in SE Florida: No lines. More voting booths (desks,really) than people. In and out in 5 minutes.

A poll worker said, "Unlike the early voting, there have been no long lines or waits today".

Are we all using the same voting equipment? Here, you fill in the blanks on a form at a semi-private type desk. Then march your ballot over to a machine that looks like a copy machine. You feed the ballot into the machine and its over.

We have used so many different voting procedures here in recent years I just wonder what procedure other areas of the country use.
