I have one of the Saga guitars. Indeed I have trouble with string buzz, but I have put a tapered shim under the bridge, because mostly it is just the low strings that buzz. so it's thickest under the E string, and tapers to a bit thinner under the A string. In order for the strings not to buzz the action does need to be higher than I'd like, but it is a reasonable guitar for $400. I haven't tried any of their $1000 guitars that Jorgensen endorses.
I'm playing with a group here in Nashville called the Gypsy Hombres. Playing guitar and accordion. The other guitarist is using a Saga; so for contrast, I'm playing my Eastman archtop. Creates a nice, if somewhat nontraditional, mix of textures.
