It was Fiat Ducato 2001 124000km driven.

I took a quick tour on some of German auto sites and found in less than a minute two of these.

We have vehicle inspection once a year. If the car don't pass that, they don't allow it back to streets. Seems somewhat similar than in Germany. Only that we white plates and they stick with the car unless police or inspectors takes them away if they find the car hasardous on road. This one was inspected two months ago and nothing was found.

I too am amazed because engine room and everything else too was clean and looked good. Could be "monday model"...

So no need to worry. This is VERY uncommon in Finland. Don't have to be afraid of when the car in front of you is gonna explode or burn
