Thanks for the greetings guy's. The main benefit of cycling is like swimming your body is supported whilst your limbs do the work. Jogging is a No..No because the limbs get pounded and jolted.
I have cycled on a regular basis for the past 40 years, so to be fair it is something that has built up the stamina over time. My limit is now about 40 miles due solely to my knees getting painful at around the 30 mile mark. My wife Ann And I also walk everywhere we can. If everyone just walked 3 to 4 miles everyday as Bebop does you would find you gain benefit of weight loss and fitness. The problem with modern society is people want to drive everywhere.
