Well, this is ancient history now but I'll throw my hat into the ring. 21 years ago I weighed in at 265 pounds. Dropped down to 180 pounds(for a loss of 85 pounds) and give or take 15 pounds mostly give. I average around 190 today but 3 years ago was down to 175. A major life style change did the trick no more overeating, lots of excercise. (I usually run 15 to 20 miles a week, many more if I'm training for a marathon or sprint type triathlon). Oh yea, and no more quarts of booze a day as my beverage of choice. It's been the best 21 years of my life.
