At least this hit on a weekend which wasn't too bad and the Gov made an early decision to declre a state of emergency for Monday ...even my company had an announcement on the telephone as early as 12:30PM Sunday that we would be closed on Monday ...... most businesses complied and closed ... kept people off the roads so they could be cleaned ...more to come Wednseday ...
