Don, I've got a sister who lives in Sebastian. Lots of great place to eat; I just got back from there. Many available lots and homes, as the storm damage was extreme; over 700 units replaced in Barefoot Bay alone. But it's beautiful country and fertile ground for a solo musician. I'm thinking of taking my stuff down there next year when I stay for a month or more.
