"What a moron," is the quote attributed to Ducros during what she called a private conversation with a reporter that was overheard by other reporters who wrote about it.
It's funny because during his campaign in 2000, Bush was overheard calling some reporter an asshole, to which Cheney replied, "big time." "Big Time" then became Cheney's nickname for a while.
