I'm really wondering! Once a time you oil your body with coconut and once another time you'll drink and eat it? *brrrr*
For cooking there are no better oils than such as with unsaterated fatty acids. Imho there are no seriously new medical analysises that provides other informations.
A good choice for cooking is hanf oil because it'll be getting better (cleaner!) from cooking to cooking.
