It is absolutely a great keyboard. The styles are very good. The weight is right. The sounds are really good.
I don't particularly like the way the lyrics must be entered to work with styles. It appears to be a rather time-consuming process and I don't have the time to spend doing it.
The G70 doesn't have that capability at all, though I hear rumors it may be added. The Tyros 2 did it very well. The Midjay does it very well.
You asked specifically about the sounds. It was wonderful organs, harmonica, accordian, strings. The saxs are on a par with all the others. The guitars are very believable, particularly the accoustics. It has the best piano I've heard in an arranger. Many of the voices have built-in slides and bends, if you want to use them, similar to Tyros 2.
I just decided that the PA800 isn't the best fit for me right now, and before I invest the time necessary, I will retreat.
