You could use the panel memories to select different time signatures, either with or without the sequencer. Just select the first time signature and save the set-up in Panel Memory 1. Then select the second time signature and save in Panel Memory 2. Then you can use the panel memories with or without the sequencer, to immediately change your time signatures..............
