I may have been successful in sending the dots this time. I copied your email from above and pasted it into the email address section to be sure this time. I also looked at the previous email address to see whether I'd made a mistake. The address was o.k. but the menu bar at the top said Outlook was provided by 'Tesco net' which I haven't used for about 5 years. I'm now with BT, so this could have been the reason you didn't get the first one.

Let me know if you do receive the dots please, because if there is a problem I need to take it up with my Server.
