That's the trouble when you copy things from one media to another...
'Existing 30 in package' only means that I expected a maximum of 30 people to attend...as it is we've managed 20 so far.
2nd October is the date whereby unless I ask for the remaining unbooked bedrooms out of the original 30 to be held for longer, they will be released back into the 'market' for anyone else coming to Cambridge to be able to book. These people having absolutely nothing to do with our convention.
