Hi John,
click on the software page (button on the left).
Scroll down to "KN SD Card Library" sections.
File is called "Total 64 MB card backup for KN7000".
click on the "i" button to confirm the contents.
click on the "arrow/floppy" icon to download the file.
unzip the file on your hard drive, then follow the Song Manager restore instructions in the download document.

It is 17 MB in size so will take some time to download on dial-up. It takes about 5 minutes to restore in Song Manager using the card reader, probably all night through the KN7000 usb
