go to http://www.technote.com and enter the keyboard part of the site.

go to the 'Free Stuff' menu on the left and click 'KN7000 Slideshow'. You can now download a slideshow to play in your 7k which describes some contents of the book, and has contact details.

Also if in the site you enter "getting" in the search box under Products and Services it takes you to the book info panel.
