Sorry but were stuck with the default user settings each time the unit turned on. You have to reload the Pads if you don't want the default.
I have the same situation with the Reverb setting. I hate the default setting of Concert 1 and Total Depth of 80 each time I turn on the unit. Wish I could control this setting more easily.
