This report looks like it’s from a magazine, and most magazines state that under no circumstances must it be reproduced in any other format, without the express permission of the magazine, or copyright holder.
I would therefore double check, as while they probably don’t read this site, it could get back to them through others.
If it is an article off the web, then the best way is to post a link to it, as otherwise copyright issues still remain.
Always better to be safe then sorry
