Thank you for responding. I went to the NTL website and they say they are doing upgrade work from 11 Nov through 17 Nov. They also say it should not affect e-mail or internet access. Apparently it is affecting my e-mail for some reason. I will try to contact NTL by phone and get some straight answers. Thanks again for your help.
