I found someone in the U.S. who has done other kinds of conversions, and would be willing to do a PA1000 (and presumably PA700) conversion if I could find ten interested people. (It's too cost prohibitive for him to do it as a one-off.) If anyone is interested in this, send me a private message, thanks!
